We currently ship across the United States, with standard delivery timelines of 4–7 business days once your order is dispatched. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your tote is on its way.

Every tote is packed with care in minimal, recyclable packaging. Because we’re a small studio focused on sustainability, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We craft each Karachi Tote one at a time, using rescued fabric and human hands — not machines. That means no two totes are exactly the same, and slight variations are part of what makes yours truly one of one.

With that in mind, we encourage mindful shopping to reduce waste and unnecessary returns.

That said, if you’re truly not happy with your purchase, here’s what we offer:

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

Tote must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless item arrived damaged or incorrect

Exchanges are also possible within 7 days for another available style of equal value

Note on Handmade Products
Each tote passes through careful quality checks before it reaches you. However, because we work with upcycled fabrics — some more than a decade old — and handcrafted processes, there may be slight imperfections or signs of wear in vintage materials. These are not flaws but signatures of the tote’s story.
